Remedial massage is one of the most effective and readily available ways to prevent and treat muscle injuries, pain, and soreness.
Remedial massage is based on the fact that soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia) respond to touch. Most pain is myofascial (soft tissue) in origin. Trigger points (sensitive points in muscles, which radiate or refer pain to various parts of the body) can mimic many conditions. Muscles not only move our joints, but they also stabilize them, and they provide armor for the internal organs, minor problems with these functions cause more pain than most people realize. Most headaches originate in the muscles of the neck and head. Much of the pain of such conditions as angina comes from the hypercontraction of the chest muscles. Much abdominal and pelvic pain can be caused by trigger points in the abdominal and pelvic muscles. Low back pain and sciatic pain are far more likely to originate in muscles than in vertebral disc problems.
Lymphatic Massage - A very light, gentle, repetitive stroke is used to stimulate the activity of the lymphatic system where there is edema. Lymphatic massage is used to reduce swelling resulting from injury or post-surgery.
Segmental Massage - It is a highly therapeutic massage. Its main objective is to elaborate each of reflexive changes in tissues. It consists of a series of grips with strictly defined technique and precise execution, taking into account many various principles of dosing. It allows to detect and remove lesions and treats the consequences of incorrect involuntary reflexes. Unlike a classical massage, segmental massage has a particular role in the treatment of internal diseases.
When an area of the body is injured through impact or over-use, the lymphatic fluid builds up causing inflammation and swelling. This accumulation of lymphatic fluids may cause increased pressure on muscles and tissue which can cause significant discomfort or pain.
It is believed that when applied correctly, KT Tape lifts the skin, decompressing the layers of fascia, allowing for greater movement of lymphatic fluid which transports white blood cells throughout the body and removes waste products, cellular debris, and bacteria.
KT Tape helps reduce pressure to the tissue and may reduce discomfort or pain. Correct taping also provides support to muscles by improving the muscle’s ability to contract, even when it is weak, and helps the muscle to not over-extend or over-contract.
This massage involves compressing the right points on the feet, called reflections. Each of these points corresponds to a specific organ, internal organ or part of the body. The foot is a reflection of the general condition of the body. By compressing the reflex points, we improve circulation and stimulate the nervous system to regulate the disturbed functions of the body. We support the process of self-healing in this way.

Chinese cupping massage is a hit among anti-cellulite treatments. This is a procedure that quickly brings visible effects.
Cupping massage accelerates the circulation of body fluids and blood, which helps in quicker removal of unnecessary metabolic products and toxins from the body. Negative pressure created by the bubble affects the congestion of the skin, which smoothes it and improves its elasticity. As a result of the acceleration of metabolism in tissues subjected to massage, fat tissue is reduced. Cupping massage is an invaluable help in anti-cellulite treatment. Increased oxygenation of tissues facilitates the penetration of slimming preparations deep into the skin.
Benefits of Chinese cupping massage
- The elasticity of the skin; breakdown of body fat
- Significantly reducing cellulite;
- Reducing the perimeter of parts of the body subjected to massage
The massage should be performed in a series of 10 massages
(with intervals of at least one day).

- Varicose veins
- Blood coagulation disorders
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage or connective tissue massages is a form of soft tissue therapy aimed at restoring balance in the deeper layers of the connective tissue (fascia) and muscles by eliminating tensions in the myofascial system. A direct type of work that increases the flexibility and mobility of soft tissues. It is one of the most popular forms of massage that allows effective resolution of disorders in the movement system.
Deep tissue massage is designed to relax muscle and fascia tensions, reduce pain - especially in the spine area, increase the mobility and elasticity of tissues, and allow the patient to take the right posture.
Deep massage uses lengthening movements to stretch the shortened muscles. There are also performed techniques of cross-massage on muscle flaps aimed at eliminating possible adhesions. Massage techniques are selected by the therapist in a manner individually adjusted to the patient's condition in order to remove the tension and dysfunction of the movement in a safe, gentle and as painless as possible way. During the massage, the patient is not only a passive recipient, but actively participates in the treatment while performing specific movements aimed at improving the effectiveness of the technique chosen by the therapist. These can be active movements performed by the patient or passive performed by the therapist.
